Return, Exchange & Order Policy

📦 Decant Policy — Strict, No Return / No Exchange

All decants are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Since decants are portioned from original bottles, once the product is prepared, opened, sprayed, or sniffed, it cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, scent dislike, or change of mind.

⚠️ Damage Policy

If the parcel is received in a damaged condition (leakage, breakage, or missing item) and is reported in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery, we will take full responsibility and arrange an exchange.

Once the delivery is accepted and the agent leaves, no damage-related claims will be accepted.

💸 No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Approved cases (damage during delivery only) will be handled through exchange only.

💰 Partial / Full Bottle Orders

For partial bottles, a minimum 50% advance payment is required before processing.

Once prepared or confirmed, partial orders are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

❌ Order Cancellation & Changes

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

💳 Advance Payment Policy

Any delivery charge advance or 50% advance payment for partial orders is strictly non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled or not accepted later.
